Effective Date: March 16, 2026. At NexFyla (brought to you by Nexfyla LLC), we stand behind the precision, speed, and diligence of our company formation and registered agent services. This Money Back Guarantee policy outlines the specific terms under which customers may receive a refund of their formation service fee in the event of an error solely attributable to our operations.
2. 14-Day Eligibility Window & Covered Errors
If you identify a clerical error, misspelling of company name, or state filing defect on your approved state charter that was caused solely by NexFyla's operational mistake, you must notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your completed documents. Upon verification, NexFyla will:
- File corrective Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of State at our sole expense, covering all state amendment fees; OR
- Issue a full refund of the NexFyla service fee paid for that formation package.
3. Exclusions & Non-Covered Items
This guarantee does NOT cover: (a) state statutory filing fees disbursed to government treasuries (which are non-refundable by law); (b) typographical errors or incorrect entity information provided directly by the customer during order intake; (c) changes of mind after state documents have been submitted; or (d) third-party banking or payment processor application denials.
